All teachers or parents sponsoring and approving project entries should create an account on the VPRSF Registration Site. You can personally upload and approve your students’ entries or your students can upload their entries themselves and request that you approve through the site. Registration is only required once, then you can use your account name and password year after year.
Each student should create an account on the VPRSF Registration Site, even if they are on a team. Team members can link to each other via their project in the registration system. Registration is only required once, then you can use your account name and password year after year.
Senior Division Information: Students in the Senior Division (9th – 12th grades) are required to also register with the Society for Science and the Public (SSP). The registration number you receive is required for registration in all SSP sponsored fairs and contests, like the Virginia Piedmont Regional Science Fair (VPRSF), the Virginia State Science and Engineering Fair (VSSEF), and the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF). All Senior Division students should use the ISEF Forms Wizard to determine which forms are required for your project. You will need to upload these when you register using the VPRSF Registration Site.
Junior Division Information: Students in the Junior Division (6th – 8th grades) are NO LONGER REQUIRED TO UPLOAD FORMS. The registration process has been amended so Junior Division registrants can upload their research project information online. If a safety review and approval is required, that should still be done via our Safety Review Committee by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for approval.
